Netflix and pie: The 2017 New Year’s Resolution I can keep

It’s a well known fact that I’m not a fan of the traditional New Year’s resolution. Like there’s some sort of New Year’s Resolution Police out there waiting to call you out the second you fall off the wagon.

You said you were going to try to shave five minutes off your 10K time and here you are eating pie and ice cream. I’m writing you up!

Who needs that kind of pressure? I’m more of a quantifiable-goals-oriented person. So while I strive to stay consistent with the positive improvements I’ve made in my health and lifestyle, there are times I stray from the ultimate goal.
