Sunday Afternoon Jam: Flower by Moby

So, this is perfect timing. I began an October writing challenge that, well, challenges the participants to write. Every single day. Fortunately, I have two blogs so I can alternate between the two.

I had planned today’s post to be a Sunday Night Jam (as a follow-up to my first Saturday NightJam post of a few weeks ago) and instead I stumbled upon this highly-energizing beat just a few minutes ago. So now it’s my Sunday Afternoon Jam.

My Sunday afternoon just got better after stumbling on this energetic jam by Moby. http://diaryofadomesticdiva.comI have already downloaded it off iTunes and you should, too. If you’ve seen the movie, Gone in 60 Seconds, then you might recognize it as the opening score.

And if you have a workout play list, ADD THIS SONG. It seems to be very popular among the crossfit crowd for push-up and squat challenges and, for the truly hardcore, pull-up and barbell squat challenges. Like I said: hardcore.

Flower by Moby from the album, Play & Play: B Sides

This will be part of my #fit40s music line-up during my 15-minute daily HIIT and a perfect excuse to revamp my playlist.

Got any faves I should add? Comment below and let me know!
